Where possible will be made same day in our vans.

Any overnight orders, maybe subject to carriage charges.

Return of Goods Policy

The company accepts that parts may need to be returned from time to time by a customer.

Drakefield Ltd will accept goods back into stock, subject to the contents of this policy.

  1. Goods must be returned within 14 days of purchase. Any parts returned after this time maybe subject to a handling charge.
  2. Goods must be returned in a new undamaged condition
  3. Goods must be returned with the customers goods returns note.
  4. A handling charge maybe applied to any parts returned in damaged packing or showing fitment or handling marks

All non-stocked & special-order parts (VOR) will be subject to a handling charge.

Where a part has been returned and “free carriage” was applied to the invoice, the value of the carriage will in all cases be deducted from the refund value.
